All councillors present and Councillor J. Milne WLDC.
Chair, P. Rushton, opened meeting with New Year wishes.
Street light out on Hawksland Close, clerk to report. Street cleaner does not go down same road, J. Milne to report. Letter to be sent to chief executive of County Council, re remarks made by Councillor Hill about C.C. taking over the work of West Lindsey also about work not done in the village and no help from the County Councillor when needed, over the recycling traffic.
J. Milne reported that £250.00 would be made available from West Lindsey for the queens diamond jubilee. Also to send in claim forms for community projects.

Minutes from last meeting read and approved.
Arising from, Bus shelter will be repaired on 11th January. Christmas lights and market a success. Chair thanked L. Alsop for organising the market.
VILLAGE HALL REPORTS Craft Fair on 25th March, Jumble Sale 25th Feb. AGM on May 10th Reps Feb. R. Bowles. March, P.Fotheringham

PLANNING 16th January C.C. Planning meeting for recycling site. Council have had no information from C.C. planning re the observations and meeting date.
PARISH PLAN Clerk to contact parish online. Councillor Milne would arrange a speaker. Clerk to request rant from community council.
Manhole cover on Heapham Road not repaired. Clerk to report – again.
FINANCE Donate £50.00 to Lives. Clerk £230.25
BURIAL GROUND parking on grass. Clerk to get a NO PARKING sign
DIAMOND JUBILEE. Members agreed to buy 120 mugs for jubilee (these for children of both villages)
Council would pay for any shortfall for the Young at Heart part.
